The LEED Certification process is time-consuming. Different consulting firms have very different approaches. It is important to understand who will take on that burden - your team ... or the consultant.

At Ampajen Solutions, we complete the documentation and truly reduce the impact on your building management team and tenant(s).

Exclusions

- ASHRAE Level 1 walkthrough or building (re)commissioning, including energy use breakdown, list of no-cost and lo-cost improvements, list of capital improvements and paybacks for each (suggested to be completed by a mechanical engineer)

- Outside air measurements and calculations and ventilation system testing (ASHRAE 62.1 calculator to be completed by a mechanical engineer)

- Guarantee of LEED certification. LEED is administered by the Green Building Certification Institute. As this is done by a third-party, we can in no way guarantee the outcome of this process.

- Registration and certification fees payable to the GBCI

- Any building upgrades or improvements

- Any additional items not specified in the above scope of work



Terms and Conditions

- Pricing Expires 180 days from the date of the proposal.
- Preferred pricing available for multiple buildings
- Phase Three invoices will be submitted for 30% (1st billing) then 10% incremental progress billings
- Payment due immediately upon receipt

Scope of Work

- Feasibility study and GAP analysis report (Phase 1)

- Up to eight (8) planning meetings/walkthroughs prior to beginning the LEED EB O&M Performance Period (Phase 2)

- A project plan (responsibility Matrix) to allow for smooth completion of the work (Phase 2)

- Vendor & tenant education and meetings (Phase 2)

- Weekly or bi-weekly meetins (per your desire) for optimized workflow, accountability, and communication/assistance with the project team

- Policies and Plans for SSc2, SSc3, WEp1, MRp1, MRp2, IEQp3, IEQc3.1

- Assist project team with Building Operating Plan, Systems Narrative, and Sequence of Operations (2)

- Complete all LEED templates and supporting documentation

- Square footage breakdown by space type. (NOTE: finished floor plans with furniture layout are required)

- Assessment of site area by type

​- Completion of a waste stream audit

- Completion of an APPA cleaning assessment

- Completion of Daylight & Views and Controlability of Systems, Lighting walkthroughs

- Assistance with completing the Alternative Transportation Survey

- Completion of an Occupant Survey

- Tracking spreadsheets and forms for successful completion of tasks

- Assistance for all members of the project team throughout the process

- Approval and technical assistance for responsible parties when credit/prerequisite is complete

- Completion of the certification application including project narrative

- Submittal of the package to the GBCI

- Revision of any items from the GBCI review process

- A USB Flash Drive of the submitted documentation (templates and supporting documents)

- Ongoing tools for recertification tracking/logs
